Baptism

BAPTISM

One of the Seven Sacraments of the Christian Church; frequently called the "first sacrament", the "door of the sacraments", and the "door of the Church".

My son's tree kids were baptised last Saturday. The ceremony was about an hour and a half long because there were many babies receiving the Sacrament at the same time but somehow it passed pretty fast. It is so nice to see all the kids dressed in white and to feel the excitement of the parents and godparents on that day. We were lucky to seat at the very front so I had freedom of movement to get up on demand and snap some pictures. Here are some of the ones I took.

And then that night a surprise birthday party was thrown for me at my mom's house but that's a different story...

At one time, living until my son and then my grandkids were baptized was all I asked from God. Now, I think I want to live a little longer!

Awwww, how precious they all look:)

What a joy it is to know that they were Baptised at the same time. I'm sure the ceremony was meaningful. I can see it in everyone's face including Lil' Juan.

Who were the Godparents?
