Hello July!

Image borrowed from the Internet.

And just like that half a year is gone, now I look forward to the second half which should be very hectic. With all the changes I am about to make it seems I won't have a lot of free time, yet it will be a nice time full of new feelings and emotions and yes things to do.

There's a change I did around this time a year ago and that was to trade cars. Can you believe I've had my 07 Mustang for a whole year already. I seems it was only a few months ago. Well, I am happy to report to you all that I still enjoy the heck out of driving that thing almost daily. The 93 Fox body pony has been mostly taking a well deserved rest as I only use it once in a while, I still dream of redoing it but after the 12 years I've owned it, it still looks good and actually gets more comments and approval nods than the 07.

This pony and I been together for a year already.

While my 93 has been mine for 12 years. Still love it!

July will bring at least two more road trips to California. Next week I say bye to Abby after her almost three week stay with us and I will actually drive her back to La Puente. While there we will be attending my niece's 25th birthday party. That should be a great time. Then later in July I will once again drive to La Puente and then we'll be on our way to Sonoma. I have never been that part of Northern California so I am definitely excited for that one.

For now I am just getting psyched about this weekend, I'll be taking a motorcycle ride with Abby to Prescott, with the forecasted 115 degree day for Phoenix we definitely need to hit the road at around 6:30 am or 7:00 at the latest to escape the heat, once we get up to Yarnell the temperature should be nicer.

Well, I wish you all a wonderful long 4th of July weekend, if you buy fireworks be careful it's hot and dry and easy for things to catch on fire.

Enjoy it!

What a busy life you lead.

We are staying home on the 4th. Molly really gets frightened by the noise.

We do have a local parade that is always a nice way to celebrate the 4th.
